Delicious Beef Stir Fry

Delicious Beef Stir Fry


  • 1 lb. beef
  • 2 lbs. vegetables cut into small pieces (carrots, green onions, snow peas, bell pepper)
  • 1 tbsp aromatics (garlic, ginger)
  • 2 tbsp chopped herbs (cilantro or basil)
  • Add rice or noodles (optional)
    Stir Fry Sauce:
  • 1 cup broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp corn starch (thickens sauce)


  1. Set a large wok or frying pan on medium heat and let it get hot. Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Add the meat and cook until turning slightly brown (cook through if you're using chicken or pork instead of beef). Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside on a plate.
  3. Transfer the denser vegetables such as carrots, bell peppers or broccoli into the pan and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add after cooking vegetables such as onions and snow peas and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Add garlic and ginger and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  6. Add the meat to the pan and add the stir fry sauce. Continue to toss the meat and vegetables and let it cook for one minute until it starts to boil.
  7. Turn off heat and add any additional herbs.
  8. Serve with a side of white cooked rice or noodles.
  9. Continue to keep on stirring and frying at all times in order to prevent food from burning.
