Cobb Salad Recipe

  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1 Pack of Small Tomatoes
  • 5 Peppered Crusted Bacon Strips
  • 1 Bundle of Green Onions
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 Chicken
  • Avocado
  • Blue Cheese
  • Salad Dressing of Your Choice (Optional) (Traditional Dressing French, but I've made this with Italian dressing)

  1. Slice the lettuce into fine little pieces, cut the tomatoes in half, slice the green onions in tiny little bits and slice the avocado in tiny little bits.
  2. Put a pot filled with water on a fire and set the heat to boil the water. Once the water is boiling, add the eggs gently. Then lower the heat to maintain a simmer and set a timer for 10 minutes. Once timer goes off, quickly cool the eggs down under cold streaming water. Peel the eggs and cut them in little pieces.
  3. Bake the 5 bacon strips so that they are nice and crusty on both sides. Then cut the bacon up into little pieces.
  4. Add the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon bits, green onions, eggs, avocado, blue cheese and chicken in a fashionly order.
  5. Serve dish.
